What are the qualities required to be a good employee ?

In the wolrd, they are differents systems in the company and this systems have consequences on the comportement of employees. In my mind, i am agree with japanese system in their firm. They always try to work in harmony, avoiding conflict and competition while in Occident, We prefer to work individually, each for himself. Consequently, the qualities to be a good employee are :
At first, to be punctual. It is a qualitites common to all employees around the wolrd. It is very bad to be late to work, and the employee can be fired. Then, as i am using the japanese model, an employee will remain all his life in the company which he joined after leaving university, to be stable and "loyal" are an essential qualitites for an employee. Moreover, to be motivated is really important because, in Japan, an employee arrived always on time but He does (every day) an extra hours. To be continue about qualities to be a good employee, should not be ostentatious, (In the japanese firm, employees do not brag about their explois because for him, everyone has contributed to the success of the exploit.). At last, to be a good employee, to be reserved is qualities in a company, this avoids the conflict but in return, during meeting of colleagues, the employee can say what they really think (even if they do not know or if they speak to their boss), they are free during this meeting !
Naturally, the japanese systeme is really low and strict but, generally, they have the best solution to their problem and chosen, therefore, the best offerings to their projects. In my opinion, the system of Japanese companies permits to have the qualities to be a good employee.

What are the qualities required to be a good employee ?

In the world, there are different systems governing companies and these systems have consequences on the behaviour of employees. To my mind, I agree with the Japanese way of running their firms. They always try to work in harmony, avoiding conflict and competition while in the Western world we prefer to work individually, each person for himself. Consequently, the qualities to be a good employee are : first, to be punctual. It is a quality common to all employees around the world. It is very bad to be late for work, and the employee can be fired. Then, as I am using the japanese model, an employee will work all his life for the same company which he joined after leaving university, so to be stable and loyal are essential qualitities for an employee. Moreover, to be motivated is really important because, in Japan, an employee always arrives on time and he does some overtime everyday. Furthermore, an employee must avoid being ostentatious : in a Japanese firm, employees do not brag about what they do because for them, everyone has contributed to the success of the company. Lastly, to be a good employee, being discrete is a positive quality in a company, this avoids any conflict but in return, during a meeting with colleagues, the employee should be able to say what he really thinks (even if he is speaking to his boss).
Naturally, the Japanese system is really strict but, generally, they have the best solutions to their problems and choose, therefore, the best basis for their projects. In my opinion, the system adopted by Japanese companies permits to have the qualities to be a good employee.
