The trailer starts from a close-up of small , then connects with a chest boy and his mom up . The band continued listing from a very close-up of the mother , then another against immersed in a car, the sequence is filmed in terms of half whole. Then appears a third person plan chest followed by a plan size . Cut back to the third person from a very close-up. The following in a whole plane. After there is a chest of two women plan and then a close-up. The next shot is an American plan of two men arguing.
There is a map from the chest away, then returns to a U.S. plan to one of the two men, the plan is a plan chest after the two women. Followed by a very closeup of two women. In this trailer, a young boy asks his mother where is his father but he left after having bet all their money in games. The family became poor and can’t pay for their house and their food. The mother has to pay the dets and for that she must smuggle illegal immigrants at the border. I think this film is very interesting, and the mother may have problem with police or smuggler. This film will have a lot of suspence. I want to whatch him

4) French ? English ? Other ? Comparaison with types of movies in France (music, story line …) Does the problem exist in France ?
Frozen river is an american dramatic film. It can be compared with french movies because there are similarities and differences. The music can be very american, because it’s like western music, with suspence and stress. It's about a poor family with modest means and the mother want to find her husband to find money. Because he escaped with the family's money.
The story line is not like in France because, in France story films are more like romantic or thriller. The topic of this film is the illegal immigration, even if France is a free country, there is illegal imigrations too. It’s to bad but it’s the reality sadly… So in France but also in the world, there is the same problem : many poeple want to be rich or want to buy their house or their debts, so many poeple do illegaly job to gain money to live. It’s so dangerous and it’s horrible to think many people risk their life for money, and many people risk their life to come in illegaly in other country that her origin country because they want to be like everybody : it’s the american dream. So this film show both categories of people : immigrants and the « out law ».
In France there's some movies about immigration, for example : "Un secret" 2007, or "Le havre" 2011. There are many films which speak about this topic very important in the world.
So I think it will be a very good film, with very good topic and very good actors, because immigration in the USA is THE topic, and many people talk about this so it will be important to watch this film. And I think, I will watch this film soon because it’s the king of movie that I used to see !

Frozen river is a crime drama film released in 2008 and receive the prize of Sundance film festival. on the traily explay the story of a mother who have his husband gone to atlantic city for finding a job to gain money for his family to pay debts but will never came back who make his family poor while she go on a store her car is steal by a ferryman and explain to her she can gain money for her debts by smuggle illegaly immigrants at the border ,and the police alert her that her friend smuggled and get caught and make her stop smuggling . Years later, she lose her house and decide to smuggle a another time because she doesn't have any other option and want her son go to school but found out she doesn't have enough money and betray her associate and take the money of the smuggling. I think the film is interesting but not very my style of film . the trailer give some suspence on the filmthat can make me watch the film.

The trailer starts with a family plan in a house that looks like a hut.We can see that the father is put aside, it is information for the sequel,because the father will leave with all the family money. Then there is a short close-up of the mother, which shows her despair about her money problems. The back travelling showing the mother trying to catch her husband is followed by reverse angle showing the meeting of the mother with a new character, who will play a very important role in the film and it's at this moment that the music changes and becomes opressive.
After, a static shot shows us an immigrants tampering. The plan is very dark, which gives a disturbing side to this illegal activity.Several successive short shots show the continuity of the activities of two women. Then, a american plan of the mother and a policeman. A reverse angle with the mother and her son tress their relationship and on the autotity of the mother, who wants her son to stay at school. After, a plan in dive is contraste between the small dark blue car and the huge white frozen river. Then, a short close-up f the mother holding a gun at the night. This scene is followed by several short dark scenes showing that the mother has problems with the police.
Finally, several close-up of two women show their feelings of despair and powerlessness. The trailer ended on a fixed camera, where see from on the frozen river.

At the beginning of the movie, a little boy ask to his mom "Where is dady ?" and she answers " I probably don't know right now, he's came away to get meney for a house".
She's robbed his car and seems to live in a little caravan. She also trys to help others to cross the border. Someone says " You can't come up with a cash, you've lost yours 15 000 dollars in a past" and his son offers her to get a job but she refused and says that he must go to school. After she rob someone to get his money. She's arrested by police and seems afraid. She says that she can't get no one for her. The last sentence she says is " I don't know any of the way to keep us together " so she seems to be in a difficult familial and financial situation.

When i saw this trailer i thought this film was very interesting , because i think may be to speak the problems a family who lives at north the USA because i saw of snow . At the beginning the little boy ask his mother " where is dady ? " and his mother answers " I didn't know . He plays money , destiny for pay the house " I think the father of boy is gone and to let his family without money . The movie, shows the means of the mother for pay her house, for survive and for to stay with her childrens . In trailer ,we see she passed immigrants at the border for money but it's illegal . I supposed during the movie she will have problems with police may be she will be arrested and she will separed of her childrens.
For know it must watch the movie …
